Daniel Smith Industries precast concrete division has over the past decade produced more than 1 million tons of quality precast concrete products.

Our precast division can provide the complete package including:

• Detailed design and supply of certification and Producer Statements
• Manufacture
• Quality assurance, product guarantee and client compliance documentation
• Delivery to site / transport (for components up to 120 ton)
• Placement, crane and erection services including temporary support and propping

Daniel Smith Industries manufacture precast concrete products at our Rangiora precast concrete facility or utilise our portable casting and stressing beds for on job site casting application. We have:

• Stressing beds with up to 2,000 ton of strand pulling force,
• Steam and heat curing plants
• Flat two way stress beds for wall panels
• Moulds and forms for bridge beams / piles / bridge piers and abutments, culverts / stock underpass
• A carpentry / mould building department for complex one off casts
